Bowl in TEAK by the well-known wood carver STIG Sandqvist, Vemdalen. Signed SS. a ”classic Stig Sandqvist bowl”, thin and with a typical shape. In perfect condition.

Stig Sandqvist was born in 1928 and was a craftsman from Vemdalen in Härjedalen,Sweden. He is best known for candlesticks and bowls in various shapes, but he has also designed furniture. His teak objects, which are very popular, are thin and have beautiful shapes.
