Reddish Studio

Partners Idan Friedman and Naama Steinbock were both born in Israel in 1975 and founded Reddish Studio in 2002 in Sitriya, Israel. The couple met in college, while studying industrial design at the Holon Institute of Technology, graduating with their Bachelor’s degrees with honors in 2001. The studio moved from Sitriya to Jaffa, Tel Aviv in 2012. In addition to her work for Reddish, Steinbock has taught in the Holon Institute’s Industrial Design Department since 2006.

The studio’s aesthetic is modern and playful, with work ranging from lighting and furniture to jewelry and home accessories. Reddish has been honored with multiple awards, including several for furniture and industrial design projects from the Israeli Ministry of Industry, as well as a 2006 Interior Innovation Award from imm cologne. The studio has participated in exhibitions across the globe, and their designs are included in numerous collections, including those of The Jewish Museum in New York, the Jewish Museum Berlin, and Design Museum Holon in Israel.
